Lena Knox

Lena Knox has never been interested in making professional wrestling more complicated than it needs to be. Find the target, hit it hard, and when it gets back up, hit it harder. That philosophy turned Lena into an explosive powerhouse, but anyone who mistakes her straightforward approach for simplicity usually learns the difference the painful way.

For more than a decade, Lena has shared that journey with Kacy Niles.

Together they became Impact Theory, a partnership built on friendship, trust, and two wrestling styles that couldn't be more different. Kacy analyzes the problem. Lena breaks it. After ten years of traveling and competing together, their chemistry has become almost instinctive. Lena often jokes that she doesn't need to know what Kacy is planning—she just needs to know where Kacy wants the opponent delivered.

Their formula worked.

Impact Theory became two-time Vermont Wrestling Federation Tag Team Champions before capturing the UWC Tag Team Championship, establishing themselves as a team capable of succeeding wherever the road took them.

Outside the ring, Lena is the louder and more impulsive half of the partnership. She's usually the one convincing Kacy to stop studying match footage, leave the hotel room, and actually enjoy whatever city they're visiting. Their personalities clash regularly, but their loyalty never does.

Inside the ring, Lena becomes something different. Her athleticism allows her to generate frightening power without sacrificing speed, and once she gets rolling, opponents rarely receive enough time to reset. One opening can quickly become Knox Out.

Now the WWA represents their biggest test yet.

Lena isn't arriving expecting respect because of championships won somewhere else. She wants Impact Theory to earn it again.
