BIO

Umi Shibata has never been interested in unnecessary noise. She doesn't waste words, doesn't trust easily, and doesn't need chaos to look dangerous. Her violence is calculated. Every strike has a purpose, every hold takes something away, and every mistake gives Umi another piece of her opponent to dismantle.

The night that created Bad Company began with Umi preparing for Japan's infamous Iron Circuit, a brutal tournament requiring six matches in one night. When her original partner was injured, officials prepared to eliminate Umi before she could continue.
Then Revy Graves stepped forward.

They barely knew each other, and Umi had absolutely no reason to trust her. But once the fighting started, something clicked. Revy created chaos while Umi controlled it. Five teams fell as two strangers somehow became more dangerous with every match.
Waiting in the final were former WWA and WWE superstars Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler.

Umi entered that sixth match exhausted, injured and already bleeding. None of it mattered. The final became a bloodbath, pushing all four women beyond their limits before Umi and Revy finally survived. Bad Company won the Iron Circuit, but neither woman could leave the ring without assistance.
Umi didn't leave that night with a new best friend.

She left with something far more valuable.
Someone she trusted in a fight.

Since then, Umi has become the methodical half of Bad Company. While Revy brings relentless aggression, Umi attacks weaknesses with frightening patience, using technique and precision to systematically take opponents apart.

That combination eventually brought Bad Company to the Women's Wrestling Alliance.
Umi isn't coming to WWA seeking friendships, acceptance or attention.

She already has the only person she trusts standing beside her.

Everyone else is simply another problem waiting to be solved.
