BIO
The Boom Squad was born from pure chance, a massive payday, and one unforgettable night. Three years ago, Blaze Carter and Kristy Jade arrived separately at an IWF event searching for opportunities. Neither had a tag team partner, but when a tournament offering $50,000 to the winners was announced, a chance encounter in the arena parking lot changed everything.
Two complete strangers made a spontaneous deal: enter together, win the tournament, and split the money. What nobody expected was how naturally they worked together. Blaze brought relentless aggression and raw force while Kristy supplied speed, precision, and calculated execution. Their styles immediately clicked, and the unlikely pairing swept through the tournament bracket before walking away with the $50,000 prize.
That should have been the end of their partnership. Instead, it became the beginning of The Boom Squad.
Realizing they had discovered something special, Blaze and Kristy made the team permanent. Over the next three years, The Boom Squad built a reputation as one of the independent scene's most explosive tag teams, capturing World Tag Team Championships across three different promotions while perfecting the chemistry that began completely by accident.
Eventually, their success caught the attention of the WWA.
Now The Boom Squad has arrived with their sights set on an entirely new division. Armed with devastating teamwork and their Boom Drop, Blaze and Kristy aren't looking to recreate their past success.
They're looking to make the WWA their biggest explosion yet.
