BIO
Impact Theory wasn’t thrown together by circumstance. Kacy Niles and Lena Knox have spent more than a decade building a partnership based on trust, chemistry, and the belief that two completely different wrestling styles can become something greater when they work as one. Their friendship extends far beyond the ring, creating an understanding between them that opponents simply can’t manufacture overnight.
Years of traveling, training, winning, losing, and fighting side by side transformed their teamwork into instinct. They rarely need to communicate during a match because each already knows where the other will be. That chemistry carried Impact Theory to two Vermont Wrestling Federation Tag Team Championships and eventually the UWC Tag Team Championship, proving their formula could succeed wherever they competed.
But arriving in the WWA means starting over. Impact Theory doesn’t expect previous championships to earn them opportunities, respect, or special treatment. They came because they wanted a division capable of testing the partnership they’ve spent ten years perfecting.
Their confidence comes from knowing that when everything else is equal, familiarity becomes an advantage. They know each other’s strengths, weaknesses, tendencies, and instincts better than any opponent possibly could. When one gets into trouble, the other already knows the solution.
Impact Theory doesn’t promise they can’t be beaten.
They simply believe that after ten years together, they’ll always have the edge.
