BIO
The Misfits were created for the ones who never fit anywhere else. Founded in 2019 by an independent wrestling trailblazer, the faction became a home for outcasts across the indie scene, eventually growing to eight members. By 2024, Brody Dallas and Emerson Finch earned the group’s first opportunity in the WWA, but early struggles prevented their run from becoming what The Misfits envisioned. When Finch eventually departed, the future of the team was suddenly uncertain.
Rather than allowing The Misfits to disappear, Dallas rebuilt. Montana Marko stepped in, bringing a punishing physical presence that completely changed the team’s identity. The combination of explosive aerial offense and overwhelming power transformed The Misfits into a far more dangerous pairing.
Determined to prove themselves away from the WWA, Dallas and Marko traveled to Mexico, where they captured the MWA Women’s Tag Team Championships. Their international success eventually caught the attention of WWA Vice President of Talent Scouts and lead commentator Jenna Doll, who offered The Misfits a contract to return. They relinquished their championships and headed back stateside with unfinished business.
The Misfits aren’t returning as the same team that once struggled to find its place. They return experienced, proven, and united by the philosophy that created the group in the first place: being an outcast isn’t a weakness.
Now they intend to prove that The Misfits don’t need to fit in to reach the top.
